I have worked with Gary and Smart Automation Solutions for years now, on multiple projects, and have found them to be excellent to work with. Gary is knowledgeable in regards to the latest products in the market, listens to what is important to you (simplicity, functionality, price, etc.), makes good suggestions on appropriate solutions, professionally installs the equipment, and then is always available after the fact for follow up questions, tweaking, or whatever. William S. Smart Automation Solutions helped us integrate and automate internet, security, audio, heat/cooling and television/streaming services in our new home with a Control4 system. Gary Flax and his team did a great job explaining our options, installing the equipment we selected, and working with us to customize and optimize the systems after we moved in. They also managed to integrate a 3rd party house alarm system to the Control4. We can control everything from either an app on our phones or via custom remotes. Gary and his team were responsive and helpful as we got the system fine-tuned, and now we use all its features every day. It is the first smart home we have lived in, and we are loving it.
Ilana F. Smart Automation Solutions handled our wifi/fiber optic runs, WAPs, Indoor/Outdoor speakers, Indoor/Outdoor cameras, and TV installations for our new home.
